By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms.

Terms are subject to change, I have a right to change them whenever I see fit.

You must be 18 or older to commission me. Even if the commission is sfw, I will refuse to work with you if you are underage and a minor.

I have the right to decline your commission.

I have the right to not disclose why the commission was rejected.

I accept a wide variety of payments, payments are in order of preference. (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo or P@yPa1) (USD)

I offer refunds if 1) the commission hasn't been started in over a month or 2) you haven't received a progress shot or update from me in over 2 months.

I take payments up front or after the first sketch for all commission types.

Depending on the % completed, you will be refunded depending on how much was done. I.E if the commission is 50% done, you will be refunded 50% the amount paid.

**Do you do payment plans? **Yes, only on commissions over $400. 50% Down Payment required!

Please give me time to refund you, any money I make is used for bills and groceries.

If the commission has been 100% completed and sent out to you, you will not receive a refund.

If I feel that I am unable or cannot comfortably complete your commission, I have the right to fully refund you and cancel the commission.

I have the right to refuse your commission.

I do not have to disclose the reason to why I canceled/refused the commission.

I do not offer refunds for adopts that have refs already completed / sold on Toyhou.se

Refunds on older commissions are currently on hold until further notice; if you are waiting on a refund from me you may use your refund $ amount as a voucher towards future commissions or adopt claims.

Underage or "cub" characters.

Characters labeled with slurs (cboy, herm, dgirl, etc.)

Complex designs/closed species such as dreamies, eerays, etc.

Kinks I find extreme or uncomfortable to draw (water-sports, hyper, anything to do with scat/bowel movements, etc.)

Hard Drugs / drug use

Offensive or hateful themes (nazi, etc.)

Copyrighted material (Pokemon, MLP, Digimon, etc.)

Anything political

Anthro, furries

Humans, Anime, Monster Girls

Ferals/Animals, Creatures

Weed/Smoking

Alcohol

Kinks I’m comfortable drawing: Tentacle porn, maw play, bondage/shibari, BDSM, cum play, impregnation, breeding, size difference (I’m sure there’s more but I can’t think of any others, don’t be afraid to ask me )

You will be able to post your artwork freely on any social media or website as long as you give credit where it's due.

You do not have the right to remove my watermark under any circumstances.

You do not have the right to edit or draw over any of my artwork.

Do not claim the artwork as your own work.

I have the right to post the artwork freely on any social media or website with proper credit of the characters drawn.

I have the right to not post the artwork if I choose not to.

If you have purchased an original design created by my, you can: make changes to the character but not the art itself, post the character, resell the character, and/or use the character commercially.

If you are not the commissioner/owner, you may not upload the artwork to any social media or websites.

Regarding "inspired" characters: Please do not have me redesign another artist's work. Inspiration is okay, minimally. You will be blacklisted if I find out that you had me redesign someone else's work in any way.

If my design TOS is broken, you will be required to relinquish the ownership of the design and send it to my TH/Zamzi.

I do not accept any "re-designs" unless they are owned by the commissioner.

Gifted, traded, or bought designs created by me; these terms apply to you!

Do not resell the adopt more than what you paid for unless they come with extra art! (your own art can also add value to the character; all I ask is that you be reasonable when pricing/matches your own prices.)

If the character you received was through trade / gifted, you may only trade, gift, or accept vouchers.

All of my designs are to be kept on TOYHOU.SE! Do NOT remove them, even if you are selling to someone who doesn't have a TH.

Do NOT draw or edit over my artwork.

Do NOT claim the artwork as your own.

Do NOT color pick or make close lookalikes of my designs, this goes for other artists' work as well!

Any rules broken on my TOS will result to you being black listed.

Do NOT trade or sell to anyone on my blacklist.
